Every detail, from marble finishes to color palettes, has been carefully considered. In addition to residential units, the tower will feature various high-end amenities such as restaurants, bars, fitness and wellness facilities, shared offices, and meeting rooms. This refurbishment elevates the library’s functionality and presence on campus, expanding the building envelope to the west and south and introducing new facade interventions that blend seamlessly with the campus’s master plan. A striking new steel, mesh, and glazed canopy redefines the library’s western facade, creating a distinct entry point that enriches the sense of arrival and wayfinding. Inside, the library has been reimagined to accommodate twice the number of study seats, with functional and acoustic zoning creating distinct areas for active and quiet study across its four levels.
